I’m here today to congratulate you on showing the red/green robot status in the hostname column of the Devices page.
Now we can easily see if a robot is online/offline without having to click the Manage button to see the last time it was active.
So, am I coming here to congratulate? Yes, definitely, because I (and the 99% others) always come here to report problems.
I take the chance to say here something that I heard recently, that somehow relates to the Pareto Principle of 80/20, which goes like this:
The outcry of the few who are unhappy is far greater than the silence of the vast majority who are help.
So, keep up with the good work.
Now I take the chance to ask more about this green/red online/offline status:
- How long do you wait since the last contact to determine that a device is offline? Green below 1 minute, yellow between 1 and 5 mins, and red after 5 minutes?
