When I click on the Husarnet Windows installer link in the Husarnet Client app (CLI) section, the browser gives me a 404 error.
Have the contents of this link been deleted?
If yes, what is the alternative solution to install Husarnet on windows?

Yes, the installer was unavailable.
Now I brought it back, so the old link works now. You can try installing.
It’s the latest version of Husarnet for Windows. Keep in mind that Husarnet for Windows is still in beta. Feel welcome to report any issues here.
